Morphologic and Immunohistochemical Findings of Microglandular type Endometrial Mucinous Carcinoma and Mitotically Active Endocervical Microglandular Hyperplasia; A case report

The most common gynecological malignancy in the female reproductive system is Endometrial carcinoma. The highest prevalence is seen around the age of ۶۰ (۵% of cases under ۴۰). It occurs mainly in the postmenopausal period, and its pathogenicity increases with age. Mucinous carcinoma of the endometrium (MCE) is a rare histologic type representing less than ۵% of all endometrial carcinomas.
