A hybrid method for solving fractional Sobolev equation by the Muntz-Legender functions and ۲D Muntz-Legender wavelets

This article proposes a hybrid technique for nding approximation solutions of the fractional ۲DSobolev equation. In the proposed approach, the Muntz-Legender functions and Muntz-Legender waveletsare respectively utilized to approximate the solution of the problem under consideration in the time andspatial directions. By implementing the presented technique, solving the ۲D fractional Sobolev equationis converted into solving a system of algebraic equations. An example is solved to examine the validity ofthe proposed technique.
