Two Mathematical Proofs of the Synchronicity of Unitary Elasticity and Maximum Total Revenue in Microeconomics

This article proves the synchronicity of unitary point elasticity and maximum total revenue in lineardemand curves studied in microeconomics using two mathematical reasonings. In addition, these twodistinct proofs show the significance of finding the point at which the elasticity is equal to one so as tomaximize the total revenue.
