چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study is to develop corrosion and heat resistant coatings, as one of the most pressing concerns in the industry today is to develop heat resistant coatings.One of the main reasons for researchers and artisans to focus on this topic is the high expense of fixing these parts due to corrosion and heat, as well as the fact that protecting hot parts is critical for achieving maximum efficiency.Coatings for heat and corrosion resistance were developed using alpha phase aluminum metal oxides and polymer solvents over a VCN۲۰۰ steel substrate in this study.The results were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques.The results of the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) test for the coating's surface morphology and confirmation, as well as the X-ray diffraction (XRD) examination to investigate further into crystal arrangement of the compounds utilized in the coating, are shown. This results in a metal coating that would be heat and oxidation resistant.
