چکیده مقاله:

Strategic programs are considered as an essential part of project-based enterprises, thereforemanagement programs, portfolio management and project definitions were developed to fulfill thatpurpose. In line with project management success (PMS) of construction, reviewing strategic attitudemay lead to a different approach regardless of the organization (certain) strategy. The impact ofmeaning of independent components (perspective, plan, position, pattern and ploy) on PMS (time,budget and quality) was assessed in the present research. Critical success factors (CSF's) of the projectwere considered as intermediate research variables. Grade one construction companies in Tehran(n=۱۵۸) formed statistical population of the research and data collected by questionnaires. Theresearch hypotheses were tested and verified after evaluating data by descriptive and inferentialstatistics. This study demonstrated the correlation between PMS and strategic management of the ۵PMintzberg model, which has never been discussed. By using Friedman test, the components of HenryMintzberg’s ۵P Model were ranked as position, perspective, plan, ploy and pattern respectively.
