The Study of the success of CPR team in Besat Health & Care hospital in Hamedan in the first six months of ۲۰۰۹

Introduction: Cardiac pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) has an important role in preventing ۲۵% of death especially out of hospital. This research aims to determine the success of Besat hospital CPR team with patients. Methods: In this descriptive study, ۳۷۲ patients with cardiopulmonary arrest get CPR were surveyed in health & educational center of Besat hospital in the first six months of ۲۰۰۰. Data was collected by using regulated forms for recording physicians and nurses' reports due to demographic and clinical patients' information. Findings: In this study, the results of total performed CPR were as follows: ۳۴% initial successful, ۶۶% unsuccessful and final success was only ۱۱%. Conclusion: The health & educational center of Besat hospital is a unique place regarding traumatic and non-traumatic patients and increased number of CPR in the province, therefore, CPR team training is given high priority.
