چکیده مقاله:
The genus Fusarium is highly diverse in morphology and have a worldwide distribution. There are severalspecies complexes in Fusarium that are morphologically indistinguishable but phylogenetically clustered indifferent phylogenetic lineages. During recent years, molecular studies have led to introduction of newspecies and combinations in the genus Fusarium. This study was carried out for preliminary phylogeneticanalysis of some isolates of this genus obtained from greenhouse crops in south of Kerman province. For thisregards, ۸۷ sequences of EF۱-α region (including ۶۷ sequences from different species of Fusarium and ۲۰sequences obtained from GeneBank) were used in phylogenetic analysis. The data analyzed using Minimum-Evolution (ME) and Maximum-parsimony (MP) methods in MEGA ۷.۰ software. According to the results,this genomic region showed suitable resolution for all of the species. However, there are still several isolatesof the species complexes such as F. equiseti and F. incarnatum that are phylogenetically clustered in severalsubclades.
