The relationship between Iran's natural attractions and the sports tourism industry (Guilan province)

Sports tourism is a phenomenon that success in exploiting it requires identifying Iran's natural attractions and using them optimally. The purpose of this study is the relationship between Iran's natural attractions and sports tourism industry (Guilan province). The method of this research is descriptive-survey. The statistical populationof the study is ۲۱۴ physical education experts and sports tourists. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data collection method was performed in the field. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between natural attractionsof Guilan province and the development of sports tourism.
