چکیده مقاله:
Since suppliers automatically have access to inventory levels and related information They have orders, so the management and staff of the purchasing department can reduce the level of interactions and Focus on developing and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, order costs Reduce and automate the supply chain, companies only when customers demand products and services, They make this possible for customers, in addition to reducing the production cycle Products and servicesalso lead to customer satisfaction, so in this study we try to examine the strategic role of supply chain management E-SCM is paid on the cost of providing services and products in Bank Saderat. The method of this research is based on the applied purpose, in terms of collecting descriptive data, in terms of how to collect cross-sectional information, correlational research strategy and It is a field type. Data collection is a mixture of library and field and the data collection tool is a questionnaire whose reliability and validity have been confirmed. Statistical data were evaluated with descriptive statistics including frequency tables and graphs and inferential statistics including correlation test, structural equations. First, by identifying the effective and underlying indicators of supply chain management (electronic supply chain management, planning and optimization, value chain strateg, electronic process approach, information flow integration and electronic resource development, service costs Marketing questionnaire was prepared and based on the Likert classification, a statistical sample was provided. In the analysis of the collected data, the method of structural equations using LISREL software was used, the results indicate that a positive relationship And there is a direct effect between the management of the electronic supply chain and the cost of providing services and products in Bank Saderat.
