چکیده مقاله:

The construction industry has always played a major role in energy consumption and fossil fuel consumption, resulting in greenhouse gas emissions and global warming. As a result, management approaches in construction projects should be modified in order to reduce the harmful effects of the environment, and the modification of these methods requires the use of new and advanced methods in this industry. Traditional construction methods lead to excess costs due to design modification, the waste of manpower in the construction process and the waste of materials. Delays in completion and operation of projects are mainly due to lack of accuracy in the design and planning stages. Digitalization of the construction management process using advanced software features and new digital measurement tools has made it possible to solve these problems. Building information modeling (BIM), by creating a comprehensive, accurate and dynamic database of the building, reduces the waste of resources and increases the efficiency and productivity of the buildings and has positive environmental effects. Along with the use of BIM, the use of instrumentation technologies has enabled systematic and accurate management for construction managers. Among construction-related instrumentation technologies, ۳D laser scanning is closely related to building information modeling. With the help of this technology, the status of the project before, after and during construction and operation can be accurately measured and accurately evaluated, and construction risks are minimized. In this study, the application of laser scanning technology, integrated with BIM in the stages of construction, reconstruction and operation of construction projects is investigated and its effectiveness in resource management and achieving sustainable construction is discussed.
