چکیده مقاله:

White blood cells consist of about ۰.۱% of all blood cells of the human body. The number of white blood cells in healthy people is between ۴,۰۰۰ and ۱۱,۰۰۰ per microliter of blood. These blood cells play a significant role in the body's immune system against diseases, infections, cancers, and allergic conditions in certain conditions. At the same time, they can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases because these blood cells contain rich information about the immune status of the body. One of the challenges of researchers in the therapeutic field is the direct, rapid, and low-cost isolation of white blood cells from the blood and their examination, testing, and counting to assess the general condition of the patient's immune system to diagnose diseases and treat diseases. Designing of a microfluidic chip with a microfiltration structure to separate white blood cells from the whole blood for laboratory applications in microchips using MEMS technology is an ideal method to save time and money, minimize human intervention in the experiment, improve resolution and percentage Purity is the output and can be an excellent alternative to massive, bulky, costly and time consuming traditional tests and devices.
