چکیده مقاله:

Valeriana officinalis is an herb that is used in traditional medicine as a sedative. In this study, behavioral and histological responses to anesthesia induced by Valeriana officinalis extract were investigated by immersion method. ۲۰۰ pieces of Vannami shrimp were treated in four groups of ۵۰ pieces and then adapted to the new conditions for ۲۴ hours. Group ۴ as control and three groups ۱, ۲ and ۳ were anesthetized with ۱۵۰, ۲۵۰ and ۳۵۰ mg / l treatments. The time and behavior of fish at the beginning of anesthesia and during anesthesia and in the conditions of return from anesthesia were recorded. The treatment groups were each anesthetized twice with specific doses of those groups and their clinical symptoms were evaluated and recorded. After the examination and examination of the autopsy and taking tissue samples from the gills, hepatopancreas, kidneys and muscles of shrimp, tissue slides were preparedand no tissue damage was observed in the above organs. Treatment ۱ shrimps were not anesthetized at a dose of ۱۵۰ mg / l. Treatment ۲ prawns at a dose of ۲۵۰ mg / l advanced to the third stage of anesthesia after approximately ۳۸.۵ seconds, but treatment ۳ prawns at a dose of ۳۵۰ mg / l entered the third stage of anesthesia after an average of ۴۹.۸ seconds and They were also anesthetized for ۴۳ minutes, after which they were wasted. Use it so that it may be able to find a suitable alternative to chemical anesthetic drugs.
