چکیده مقاله:

Aim and Background: Educational climate is an important factor for effective learning to occur. Indeed, that has been highlighted as a key to the delivery of a high-quality medical education. The aim of this study is estimated Educational weaknesses from the perspective of Iranian students by using Dream questionnaire. Materials and methods: This was a descriptive study using a convenience sampling in addition to DREEM questionnaire which was carried out on ۲۳ female students of iran in ۲۰۱۶. Results: The general interpretation of the questionnaire scores based educational environment DREEM (with a score of ۱۶۸) was excellent. Students had to learn positive perception greatly. Students Pointed to educational weaknesses such as teacher over-emphasis on actual learning(۰/۶۳±۱/۰۹), teacher-centered over-teaching(۰/۹۱±۱/۰۴), The teachers ridicule the students(۲/۴۵±۱/۶۳), teacher authoritarianism(۲/۳۸±۱/۴۹), teacher-low communication skills(۲/۷۷±۱/۲۶), The atmosphere is not relaxed during consultation/clinic teaching(۲/۶۶±۱/۴۶), Student feeling tired(۲/۶۸±۱/۵۲), stressed(۲/۷۳±۱/۳۵) and Alone(۱/۷۲±۱/۶۰) during teaching, While learning and the system does not support students who are stressed(۲/۳۶±۱/۳۶). Conclusion: Given the average score, it seems that students consider the learning and teaching conditions appropriate. Since this model is suitable for educational change, it can be effective action by compare student and teacher perspectives and planning to solve the problem.
