A CASE REPORT OF TREATMENT IN GRADE ۳ BURN WOUND WITH TOMATO PASTE PREPARATION BY MODERN(NEW) DRESSING IN DIABETIC PATIENT

The patient is a ۷۶-year-old woman who suffered burns on her hands and feet while cooking with tomato paste. She has a history of type ۲ diabetes and heart disease. The patient used mupirocin ointment and vitamin A + D ointment at random, but the wound did not heal. After visiting a wound center and receiving a specialist diagnosis, a modern dressing Ag, Foam mepilex Ag was used, and the dressings were changed every three days. The dressings were changed every three days, eventually in eight sessions, and the wound improved after ۲۴ days, with epithelialization completed, and healing for three weeks without infection.
