synthesis and Investigation of CdS: A Simple preparation of metal-doped (Ni,Co) CdS nanoparticles

cadmium sulphides nanoparticles with Ni and Co were prepared. Actually Ni and Co were investigated by doping in CdS. The prepared products were characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and The photocatalytic behaviour of CdS-metal doped was evaluated using the degradation of acid violet under ultraviolet light irradiation. The results introduce nanoparticles Ni-doped CdS and Co-doped CdS with applicable photocatalytic performance.
