چکیده مقاله:
The current study aims at finding out which dimension of online education has the highest influence on Iranian senior highschool EFL learners’ satisfaction. ۱۰۰ female elementary EFL learners took part in this study. Satisfaction questionnairedeveloped by Stefanovic, Drapsin, Nikolic, Scepanovic (۲۰۱۱) was employed. The results indicated that technologycomprising technology quality and Internet quality is the most influential factor on e-learners' satisfaction. Course dimensionincluding courses’ flexibility in time, location, and methods and the quality of well-designed e-Learning programs is the nextfactor. Environmental dimension including diversity in assessment and interaction in online learning environment andfinally instructor dimension comprising Instructors’ attitudes toward e-Learning and Instructors’ timely responserespectively are the other factors influencing e-learners' satisfaction.
