چکیده مقاله:

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of mediator of organizational commitment in the relationship between leisure involvement and well-being of fans of Iranian football premier league clubs. Methodology: The method of this research is descriptive-correlational and is an applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the present study was composed of all fan in the soccer tournament of both Esteghlal and Persepolis clubs in the ۱۷th Premier League. The Cochran formula was used to determine the sample with respect to the unlimited population size. Sampling method was non-random available. To collect data, Pan and Associates (۲۰۱۸) questionnaire was used for five value Likert scale. To analyze the data, SPSS.۱۶ was used to study and present the structural equation model of PLS۳.Results: Findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between leisure involvement and well-being, leisure involvement and organizational commitment, but there is norelationship between organizational commitment and well-being. Discussion and Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the development of a culture of useful use of leisure time can lead people to a comprehensive knowledge of recreational processes and acquaint them with the desired results of recreational participation. In this case, people are more inclined to activities related to fun and entertainment without fun and harm, such as watching sports. Therefore, if the proposed measures are planned and implemented, it can simultaneously increase the level of recreational participation, welfare and commitment of individuals. Commitment must be based on ethical principles, and all management planning in sports organizations must focus on ethical commitment in order to achieve well-being in accordance with ethical principles
