Morning exercise is a type of exercise for weight loss and improvement of biological parameters in humans Which can be repeated And proper practice has a positive effect on improving people's clinical indicators .The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise training movements Morning was performed on clinical indicators (weight, BMI, cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes) in women over ۳۵ in Ardabil .Using purposive sampling method, ۲۵ women over ۳۵ years of age who were overweight were selected That before The results of their previous clinical indicators were recorded from the exercise And after a month of intensive training, sports movements on this group of Women had their clinical indicators analyzed in the post-test phase .The results showed that morning exercise Improves clinical indicators in this group of women. The values of coefficient t in the test for all indicators are above ۱.۹۶ Achieved and the significant level obtained is less than ۰.۰۱. Average weight before and after morning workout from ۹۸.۸۴ to ۷۷.۶۰ and t = ۱۳ ۹.۱۳ were calculated. . The average body mass index decreased from ۲۸.۴۸ to ۲۱.۸ And t - ۷.۷۲ was calculated Is. The mean blood cholesterol level decreased from ۲۱۹.۷۲ to ۱۶۶.۸۸ and T = ۳۵ ۱۰.۳۵ was obtained. Average blood pressure level Decreased from ۱۴.۵۶ to ۷۳.۴۸ and obtained t = ۶۰ ۱۰.۶۰ Finally, the average rate of diabetes in the group of trained women from ۸۸.۸۸ to Decreased ۴۸/۷۳ obtained ۶۰ ۱۰.۶۰ According to the results obtained in this study, it can be concluded Do Accurate and principled morning exercises and exercise by controlling external factors such as nutrition and other factors can improve indicators.
