چکیده مقاله:

Because of increasing environmental conc erns, the development o f a clean synthetic procedure has be come a crucial and de manding res earch. In this sense, heterogeneous organic rea ctions have many advantages, such as ease of handling, separation, recycling, and environmentally safe d isposal [۱]. Nanoparti cles as heterogeneous catalysts have attracted a great de al of attention in recent years because of their interesting structure an d high catal ytic activities [۲]. In this context, magnetic particles, in particular, h ave emerge d as one of the most useful heterogeneous catalysts be cause of their num erous applications in nanocata lysis, biotechnology, and medicine [۳]. Additi onally, the magnetic properties make possible the complete recovery of the catalyst by means of an ext ernal magnetic field [۴].Alarge variety of protective groups have been developed. Among them , the tert-butoxycarbon yl (t-Boc) group isfreq uently used as a protecting group for amine in syntheticorg anic/peptide chemistry d ue to its stability towardscatalytic hydrogenoly sis and ext reme resistance to basi c andnucleophilic conditions.Various reagents and methods havebeen re ported for the N-tertbutoxycarbonylation of ami nes.
