چکیده مقاله:

Among the whole conducting polymers, p olyaniline (PANI) has a specific situation beca use of its sim ply synthes is, environ mental stabi lity, and do ping with protonic acids [۱]. Polyaniline (PANI) is a very popular con ductive polymer which has been re-discovere d in recent years. Electrochemical or chemi cal homopolymerizati on of aniline derivatives [۲] and copol ymerization of aniline w ith ring or N-substitut ed aniline derivatives [۳ ] have also been employed successfully to improve properties of PANI. The most studied ones are alkyl, alkoxy anilin es, with the substituent groups in the ortho or meta po sition. The development of inorganic/organic composites has recently received increasing attention d ue to their wide range of potential uses. Comp osites of conducting polymers and inorganic nanoparticles have received a lot of attention because of their usefulness in several a pplications [۴]. In this present study, copol ymers of a niline (ANI ) with N-methylaniline (NMANI) were prepared using Cy clic voltam metry (CV). The electropolymerization of nano composite o f poly (anilin e co N-methylaniline)/ silver wer e prepared by in-situ oxidative polymerization of NMANI monomer and Anilin monomer in the presence of AgNO ۳. The form ation of polymer and na nocomposite was characterized by FTIR and UV–vis spectroscopy. Cy clic voltammetry (CV) and electr ochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) w ere used to investigate the electr ochemical properties of copolymer and nanocomposite owing to the aggregation effect The cyclic volta mmetry resu lts show th at the nan ocomposite film co nsiderably h igher electr oactivity compared wit h copolyme r film. The surface morphology of the coatin g was determ ined by scanning electron micros copy (SEM ) and EDX. From the SEM image, it is observ ed that nan oparticles are well dispersed in the c opolymer m atrix. Data obtained in this project can be concluded that for ap plications t hat require more conductivity can be electr opolymerization in th e presence of silver nitrate did and nanocomposite copolymer / silver won. That a simpl e, rapid and inexpensive and it can be to build sensors, rec hargeable cell and fuel cell used.
