چکیده مقاله:

Molecular imprint ing is an att ractive technique for preparing mi mics of natural and biol ogical receptors. Nevertheless, molecular i mprinting for aqueous systems remains as a physic ochemical challenge due to the hydrogen bo nding betwe en templat es and functional mono mers destroyed in the bulk water. The hydrogen bonding between template s and mono mers are the most cru cial factor governing recognition, particularly in non-co valent molecularly imprinted polym ers (MIPs). Traditional MIPs have encountered many limit ations including incomplete removal of the temp late, small binding cap acity, slow mass transfer, and irregularity in the shape of m aterials (۱). To overcome these problems, many attempts have been made to pre pare the imprinted materials in the optimizing forms that co ntrol situation of templ ates at the surface or in the proxim ity of mate rial surfaces (۲). Using of mesoporous materials for mol ecular imp rinting is a n effective approach to overcome physicochemical barrier and to remove the limitations of the traditional molecularl y imprinted polymers.
