چکیده مقاله:

Condu cting polym ers, such as polythioph ene, and its derivatives, are promi sing materials for synthe sis of nano tructures. B ecause of th eir conjugated structure s, conducti ng polymers have some unique electrical, chemical, and optical properties, and they are easily synthesized using chemical or electrochemical synthetic m ethods with low cost. Conducting polymers have electrical and op tical properties similar to those of metals and semiconductors, while maint aining the flexibility an d properties commonl y associated with conventional polymer substances [۱].There are various methods for conducting polym er nanowire s fabricatio n. The tem plate method is one of them which have been widely us ed to fabri cate ۱D con ducting polymer nanostructures such as nano wires and nanotubes b ecause of its simplicity , versatility, and controllability. Generally, the template method has been classified into a hard-tem plate method, which u ses a nanopore film such as anodic aluminiu m oxide (AAO), and a soft-templ ate method, which uses the self-as sembly abili ty of molec ules such as surfactants and DNA. In this study we used A AO template to fabricate well ordered polythio phene nanowires [۲].
