چکیده مقاله:

Self-as sembled m onolayers (SAMs) that formed on gold surface, have high flexibility for modific ation at the single molecular levels and nanometer scale, In SAM formation, equilibr ium proces ses that are highly kinetically li mited exist between sp ecies bound to the surface and free adsorbates (in the solution phase, additional energetic factors such as the enthalpy and entropy of salvation play critical roles in the dynamics of adsorption) [۱] .One of the most important of organic compounds that able to cap ture metal ion is aminopolycarboxylic acids (A PCAs), from which diethylenetri aminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) is of special interest in this category in therapy and diagn osis of tu mors. These metal complexes are stable and restrict the me tal ions fro m playing their normal chemical role in solutio n, and thus, help to fix them on solid surfaces. In this study, DTPA, as a chelating agents, is immobilized on gold thiol S AM via Zr(IV) ion glue by in-situ and ex-situ m ethods. The immobili zation was assisted by using co mplexedform of DTPA with Fe(III) [Fe(III)-D TPA]. The results obtained by CV, DPV and EIS showed that Fe(III)-DTPA wa s immobilized success fully on gold electrod e.
