In this work, we propose Ch lorpromaz ine as a new mediator for the r apid, sensitive, and highly selective voltammetric determination of Penicillam ine using multieall carbon nanotu bes paste electrode. Us ing liner s weep volta mmetry and under the optimum condition at pH ۴.۰, the electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of This modified electrode show ed very efficient electrocatalytic activity for the a nodic oxidation of PA shows a li near depend ence on PA concentration in the PA c oncentration ranges of ۰.۵–۵۰۰ μ mol/L PA. The detecti on limits for PA was ۰.۲ μm ol/L.
