چکیده مقاله:
A religion-based state is a system based on religious beliefs andvalues. Its objective should be to create a favorable environmentfor the growth of moral virtues, based on faith and piety and tostruggle against all forms of vice and corruption; the abolition ofall forms of undesirable discrimination and the provision ofequitable opportunities for all, in both the material and theintellectual spheres; securing the multifarious rights of all citizens– both women and men- and providing legal protection for all, aswell as the equality of all before the law; the expansion andstrengthening of religious brotherhood and public cooperation among all the people; the elimination of all forms of despotism andautocracy and all attempts to monopolize power; the completeelimination of imperialism and the prevention of foreigninfluence. In addition, it must ensure political and social freedomswithin the framework of the law; the participation of the entirepeople in determining their political, economic, social, andcultural destiny; the planning of a correct and just economicsystem, in accordance with religious criteria, in order to createwelfare, eliminate poverty, and abolish all forms of deprivationwith respect to food, housing, work, health care, and the provisionof social insurance for all; framing the foreign policy of thecountry on the basis of religious criteria, fraternal commitment toall believers, and unsparing support to the freedom fighters of theworld and negation of all forms of oppression, both the inflictionof and the submission to it, and of dominance, both its impositionand its acceptance.
