One of the main components of smart homes are outlets, which today are becoming smarter for ease of use and optimization of electricity consumption, and are experiencing a growing market. In this article, we examine the smart outlet that can measure the current consumption of the device connected to the outlet and also using RGB LEDs and the psychological properties of colors make it easier to use and reduce the user's need for software and covers a larger statistical community, age and literacy levels. This outlet generates a set of user consumption information which is sent to the gateway and on the gateway side, the processes related to the amount of power consumption are performed using the ۰-۱ backpack algorithm. According to the processed data, the commands related to the status of the colors are sent to the outlet and are also stored in the cloud by the Internet, the user can access them through the software with two methods of connecting to the Internet and connecting to the gateway. The networks that this outlet follows are of the LLN type and the routing type is RPL.
