چکیده مقاله:

Ibuprofen is a medication in the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) class that is used for treating pain, fever, and inflammation. This includes painful menstrual periods, migraines, and rheumatoid arthritis. It may also be used to close a patent ductus arteriosus in a premature baby. It can be used by mouth or intravenously. It typically begins working within an hour. Cyclic voltammetric study revealed that the electrode reaction of the a nalyte was manifested by the presence of well shaped irreversible and diffusion driven oxidation peak at very high potential (+۱.۷۵ V vs. Ag/AgCl/۳ mol L −۱ KCl reference electrode) in ۱ mol L −۱ perchloric acid. After optimization of experimental conditions, the peak current of ibuprofen was proportionally linear from ۹.۴۹×۱۰ −۷ to ۶.۶۹×۱۰ −۵ mol L −۱ providing both differential pulse (DPV), respectively. A carbon paste electrode modified with NiFe۲O۴ Nanoparticles have been applied to the electrocatalytic oxidation of Ibuprofen which reduced the overpotential with obviously increase the current response. NiFe۲O۴ nanoparticles showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of Ibuprofen and accelerated electron transfer between the electrode and Ibuprofen.
