چکیده مقاله:
In this research, ۱۷۵ geochemical samples collected from Khusf (۱:۵۰۰۰۰ sheet), which is located ۳۵ km west of Birjand, were analyzed for ۲۰ elements. Fuzzy c-means cluster analysis (FCMC) was applied to the results. Using this method, each sample belonged to clusters with specific membership. In this method, with regard to lithologic units in the area and the results of k-mean clustering, ۸ clusters were selected and samples were grouped in clusters. As a result of the clustering the membership and cluster centers values were obtained and the residual values were calculated. Finally, for recognition of the prospecting area the related maps ware depicted, for example, the Zn related map.
