چکیده مقاله:
Biological substances are the only substances derived from living organisms. Most of these materials contain carbon and can rot.The use of living materials (living and processed materials based on biomaterials) as natural alternative materials is more popular than synthetic materials for those who care about the environment because these materials are often degradable, recyclable and generally acceptable process steps and has the least environmental impact. Environmental biotechnology refers to the use of microorganisms to increase the quality of the environment. The limited capacity of the biosphere is undeniable. Human-induced change on Earth is immense, and immediate action is needed to prevent its catastrophic effects now and in the future. One of the applications of biotechnology in environmental remediation is the effective removal of harmful pollutants from the environment by using a filter-feeder system (microorganisms and plants) and reducing pollution.
