چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of the present study was to explain the relationship between knowledge-based HRM practices, intellectual capital, and innovation performance. The present research is a descriptive survey method that is part of the applied research in terms of purpose; the present research is a questionnaire whose validity has been approved by the Management of professors and experts of the municipality of District ۹ of Tehran and its reliability for each variable. It was more than ۰.۷. The statistical population of this research is the staff and managers of the municipality of District ۹ of Tehran (۳۵۳). Using Cochran formula, the sample was ۱۸۴ persons. Finally, by distributing more questionnaires, ۲۰۰ healthy questionnaires were analyzed.The sampling method in the present study was proportional stratified random sampling. The research data were analyzed using path analysis and structural equation modeling and LISREL software ۸.۸۸ and the results show the impact of HRM measures. Focus on innovation performance, among the effects of intellectual capital on practice Innovative rejection, not only the effect of human capital on corporate innovation performance has been confirmed, and other effects have been confirmed..
