studying the status of the relations, the mutual rights and duties of citizens and the managment organization of taxi passenger oversight and factors affecting it (Case Study: Zone ۶ tehran metropolis).

Population growth in cities has led to many problems for residents. Environmental pollution and noise are the most important problems. One of the most effective ways to reduce these problems is to use public transportation. the managment organization of taxi passenger oversight,As the organization responsible for Construction and management of commercial companies for citizen’s usage of these servises,will encourage citizens to use the service by respecting the citizen’s rights and improving the quality of services. . The purpose of this study is to investigate the mutual relations between citizens and organizations in the region ۶ of Tehran city. The research method is descriptive – analytical, and The data were selected by using of self-assessment questionnaire,۳۸۴ samples and cocran(****) formula. regression analysis and T-test were used for data analysis. . Results showed that citizens respect organization’ rights, but the organization has not respected the citizen’s rights in carrying out it’s duties. Citizens' awareness of the rights and duties of citizenship is in a low level, and there is a significant and positive relationship between the level of citizen’s awareness and education as dependent variable.
