Study on mechanism of Black start system and Combined heat and power units

black start plays a role in power system restoration, which is important for the power grids. When a blackout event happens in the power grid, Fast Cut Back (FCB) thermal power units can use black start service and recover the power system.CHP is an energy technology that generates electricity and captures the heat that would be wasted to provide thermal energy such as hot water that can be used for space heating, cooling, hot water and other uses. CHP can be located at facilities or building. CHP is located at facilities where there is a need for both electricity and thermal energy.(۱)This study is a review article and we want to discuss about different benefits of Black start and CHP units.Other results are discussed in the context.
