چکیده مقاله:

Population growth in cities has led to many problems for residents. Environmental pollution andnoise are the most important problems. One of the most effective ways to reduce these problemsis to use public transportation. the managment organization of taxi passenger oversight,As theorganization responsible for Construction and management of commercial companies forcitizen’s usage of these servises,will encourage citizens to use the service by respecting thecitizen’s rights and improving the quality of services. . The purpose of this study is to investigatethe mutual relations between citizens and organizations in the region ۶ of Tehran city. Theresearch method is descriptive – analytical, and The data were selected by using of selfassessmentquestionnaire,۳۸۴ samples and cocran(****) formula. regression analysis and T-testwere used for data analysis. . Results showed that citizens respect organization’ rights, but theorganization has not respected the citizen’s rights in carrying out it’s duties. Citizens' awarenessof the rights and duties of citizenship is in a low level, and there is a significant and positiverelationship between the level of citizen’s awareness and education as dependent variable.
