چکیده مقاله:
A large variety of organosulfur compounds have been shown to having diverse biological effects such as antioxidant effects, anti-inflammatory properties, inhibition of platelet aggregation, reduction of systolic blood pressure, and reduction of cholesterol.8 Sulfones are S, S-dioxides of ether and represented by general structural formula R-S(O)2-R, where R and R are organic groups. The chemistry of sulfones has been explored due to their importance as synthetic intermediates for the production of a wide range of chemically and biologically active molecules.2 The Michael reaction has been used widely in organic synthesis for the formation of carbon-carbon bond and carbon-heteroatom ability.3 The conjugate addition of sulfur-centered nucleophiles to α, β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds or related derivatives,also regarded to as the sulfa-Michael reaction, is a powerful methodology for the formation of C−S bonds.4 Solvent-free reactions obviously reduce pollution, and bring down handling costs due to simplification of experimental procedure, work up technique and saving in labor.5 In this work, we describe a new, simple and efficient strategy for the formation of novel and valuable sulfone derivatives under solvent-free conditions.
