چکیده مقاله:

Hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) is a pivotal transcriptions factor, which strongly correlated with angiogenesis, tumor survival, metastasis, and cell proliferation.In this work, we demonstrate novel series of multi functional chemical probes inclusive principal groups including, adamantly, inden at various locations of the parent compound LW6 and its relation to hypoxia inducible factor -1a (HIF-1) and malate dehydrogenase 2 MDH2 1. Structure activity relationships showed that the adamantyl group was essential in maintaining activity as an HIF-1 inhibitor. The effect of indene's group is important for inhibitor 2.
