چکیده مقاله:
This paper focuses on any changes in the structure of the Supply Chain in the banking system. Since controlling supply chain management is a complicated and challenging issue, organizations must follow strategies and disciplines to reduce the amount of any risky conditions. Providing chain strategies plays a vital role in lessening any difficulties associated with supply chain performance. The demand of the supply chain (SC) in the business in increasing continuously and becoming complex with its expanding role, which is the result of technological advancement, ever-increasing customer expectation, regulatory compliances and changing business models. Researchers used various methods to understand SC complexity and decipher the factors impacting the SC processes and concepts. Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) is one of the ways which are widely used in literature to transforms complex and abstract business phenomenon or vaguely defined business processes into clearly articulated, visual, structured models. Therefore, we studied three type models that compromise of seven variables and all of them are recognized by literature review and experts' opinion. Results are based on Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM); “Leadership” is the independent variable in the first level of the model. In the second level, there were auxiliary variables which are interconnected the main to supplementary indicators. Independent elements are classifying in "General Abilities", "Adaptability and Recovery", and "Collaboration and Availability". At the final level, there are the dependent variables that must tackle Threats", "Efficiency", and "Sustainability". A lot of academic research studies have been devoted to improving the physical flow of goods or services and the informational flow of the supply chain. However, the financial aspect of the supply chain has been heretofore neglected. Also, the size of the sample is too small to confirm the results.
