Introduction: With the onset of coronary heart disease and concerns about covid-19 crisis management and social distance importance. The need for telemedicine services and virtual care has increased, so researchers are trying to figure out how to use telemedicine in coronary crisis. Check. Methods: This is a review study in 1399 using Boolean expressions (AND / OR) and keywords Telemedicine, COVID-19, Coronavirus Disease 2019 were performed in Medline databases and google scholar search engine between June and July 2016. The searched articles were screened after reviewing the title and summary of the article. Researchers reviewed the articles included in the study, and the results were entered into a researchermade table. Results: After completing the search, eight articles were reviewed by applying inclusion criteria out of 17 articles.According to the review of the studies' results, it was found that 64% of the care was provided by telephone methods and 36% by video platforms. One of the advantages of this treatment method was the promotion of management planning for services and service leveling. The mentioned challenges in using this technology during Corona includenon-acceptance of information technology systems by some clients, lack of access to patients 'vital signs, and lack of access to patients' health information. Conclusion: The use of the virtual care system has led to greater productivity of health services and reduced health system costs that can better manage this disease's pandemic. This method also provides an opportunity for specialists who cannot provide services directly, and by preparing pre-determined forms, the level of patient care can be assessed. Finally, using this method, it is possible to create an electronic health record and provide continuous virtual health services in the future.
