An Analysis of the Application of Nursing Information System in Clinical Dimension - Systematic Review

Clinical nursing information system usually supports activities such as nursing evaluation, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing care planning, documentation and medication management, as well as nursing records. This study's purpose is a systematic review of analytical determination on the application of nursing information systems in the clinical dimension.Methods: The present study is a systematic review of nursing information systems in the clinical dimension using the Brom method. By searching and evaluating English or Persian articles related to the research goal in PubMed, Google scholar, Madlib, Science Direct, Elsevier, SID, Iran medex, Magiran, Ovid, Proquest, Elsevier Scopus databases within the last five years and deleting anonymous articles And the keywords of a nursing information system, information system, nursing, clinical nursing were performed. Selected articles were included in the study, and data were analyzed based on the Brom method.Results: In this study, 25 Persian and English articles were found, which were reviewed after 15 articles. Studies were conducted from 1395 to 1399 in information management of the nursing information system, information system, nursing, and clinical nursing. The highest number of studies was in nursing information systems, and the lowest number was in clinical practice. The studies were published in 13 scientific journals and IS. Among them, the Information Processing & Management International Journal of Medical Informatics and the Health Promotion Management Quarterly had the most articles on applying the nursing information system in the clinical dimension.Conclusion: According to the findings of this article, it was found that most studies have been done in the field of clinical nursing information systems and topics such as inadequate computers, content design, system empowerment problems, computer skills and knowledge of nurses and their knowledge of system goals. Information, it is necessary to pay more attention and attention.
