چکیده مقاله:

Acceptance of mobile health information technology by users plays a crucial role in its success. This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the acceptance of using mobile devices to perform organizational tasks (BYOD) from the perspective of nurses. Methods: This is an applied research and was performed cross-sectionally in 1399. A researcher-made and validated questionnaire was distributed among 300 selected samples based on Cochran's formula, and finally, 215 completed questionnaires were returned. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software in descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and analytical (Pearson and Spearman correlation test). Results: The mean age of nurses was 35.50 7 7.85. Most nurses had a bachelor's degree (81.4%), and more than half of them were women (57%). Work experience of 2-7 years had the highest frequency (35%). Moreover, facilitating factors (3.95 87 0.87), cost perception of effectiveness (3.91 99 0.99), perception of trust in use (3.87 92 0.92), perception of usefulness (3.84 00 1.00), And understanding the ease of use (3.04 51 0.51) were determined as the most critical factors affecting the willingness of nurses to accept BYOD policy. The average willingness to accept BYOD policy from the perspective of nurses was 3.62. 1.16. There was a positive and significant relationship between the factors of perception of usefulness, perception of ease of use, perception of cost-effectiveness, perception of trust, and facilitators with the tendency to accept BYOD policy (P-value> 0.01). Conclusion: Nurses have relatively accepted the BYOD approach. Facilitating factors, understanding costeffectiveness, understanding trust, understanding utility, and understanding ease of use are the most effective factors in accepting the BYOD method from the nurses' perspective, respectively. Planning for secure access to health care information and the involvement of health care organizations in financing mobile devices is essential to increase the acceptance and success of BYOD policy.
