چکیده مقاله:
The present article discusses the brief history of theemergence of oil and an approach to OPEC oil policy and the needfor its formation during the oil price crisis. In addition, the history ofthe oil economy from 1950 to 2020 has been reviewed.Finally, due to the epidemic of Covid-19 and its destructive effects,this article concludes.
