چکیده مقاله:
Floods are one of the natural hazards that always occur in many different parts of the world as well as in Iran every year. In addition to natural factors, human factors are also very effective and aggravate this phenomenon, which is the cause of most recent spring floods in the country, including the floods in Golestan province. The existing experience shows that in most cases, after the disaster, the socio-political environment is challenged. The urgent need of the victims for relief, the pressure of public opinion and opposition groups, social and economic unrest, and contradictory news of the media cause the willingness of the executors to carry out tangible and visible operations. As a result, quick-return projects, with short-term political benefits, are prioritized, andefforts to fundamentally repair pre-disaster deficits in the social, economic, cultural, and environmental sectors are reduced. In such situations, managerial and organizational (models) can be on the agenda of recovery practitioners. The present study, through the analysis of 5 models of models and patterns of recovery and reconstruction, offers solutions for successful reconstruction in Golestan province. Extensive rooting and research in the field of geography of Golestan province and Gorgan river basin and analysis of vulnerabilities are necessary, and recognizing and eliminating them by the solutions of models will reduce the severity of future flood damage
