چکیده مقاله:

تقریبا 20 سال پیش مفهوم سرمایه فکری با هدف شناخت اندازه گیری گزارش و مدیریت دارایی های دانشی ظهور نمود در شرایطی که نیاز به تنظیم و ارائه چارچوبی جهت حسابداری دارایی های دانشی و محرکهای نامشهود ارزش در محیط اقتصادی دانش محور جدید مبرم می نمود سرمایه فکری به عنوان راهکاری مناسب و ابزاری جهتکمک به تئوریسیتهای حسابداری اهالی حرفه و ناظران شرکتی ارائه گردید امروزه با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون دانش و سرمایه های فکری در پایداری شرکت ها و نقش بی بدیل آن درحفظ وضعیت رقابتی آن پژوهشهای متعددی از جنبه های مختلف به موضوع سرمایه فکری و اجزای آن پرداخته اند. درمقاله حاضر موضوع سرمایه فکری و اجزای سه گانه آن مورد بحث و بررسی قرارگرفته و نتایج پاره ای از پژوهشهای انجام شده دراین حوزه نیز مطرح می گردد علاوه بر آن جنبه های با اهمیت سرمایه فکری و چالشهای موجود در راه توسعه آن نیز مطرح و مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد.
