This This study aimed to investigate relationships between spirituality, occupational stress, organizational commitment and job satisfaction among nurses with their demographic characteristics. In this descriptive-correlational study, a total of 354 nurses was selected using a multi-stage cluster sampling method, which 261 questionnaires were analyzable. Data were collected by Warr, Cook and Wall’s questionnaire (1979) with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.92, Spirituality Rating Scale by McSherry, Draper and Kondrik (2002) with an Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.87, Hingley and Cooper’s (1986) job stress scale with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.91 and organizational commitment scale by Mowday, Steers and Porter (1979) in with a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.87. This research employed Pearson correlation coefficient, simultaneous regression analysis, independent t-test and multivariate analysis of variance to test the research hypotheses.
