چکیده مقاله:

With the advent of the digital age and modern electronics, semiconductors have become more prominent. Researchers in the field of semiconductors has led to advances in various aspects of electronics, such as optics, integrated circuits, optical catalysts, biosensors, and solar cells.The present study was conducted considering the special importance of semiconductors in different branches of industry. Attention to the thin layers in industry and science provides new features to materials that are bulky. The thin films studied in this study are cadmium telluride semiconductor, cadmium sulfide as well as a conductive thin film of copper. The thin layer of copper nanoparticles on cadmium telluride and cadmium sulfide substrates was fabricated by electrodeposition method and studied in terms of morphology and structural properties. The purpose of this study is to show that the optimization of cadmium telluride thin film and copper thin film aids in the generation of second-generation solar cells.
