Investigating the Necessary Standards for Distribution of Essential Land Uses in Saravan City

The relationship between land preparation and regional and district planning is actually a process shaped by the interaction of natural and manmade functions in geographic space. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the required standards for the distribution of essential land uses in Saravan. In the present study, first, the available land uses were investigated with population and covered area, and per capita rate of each land use in the city districts. Then, to obtain a model of the distribution of different land uses in the city of Saravan, the per capita rate of each district was determined from the relevant land use. Comparing land uses and their distribution is the last step. The results showed that the required standards for the distribution of land uses at the district level were not met. In some districts, the percentage of provided services was several times as much the other districts.
