Plant germ plasmas are the most important structure or thing in breeding programs. Now breeding researchers believe that decreasing of plant germ plasma are caused by abnormal use of fields or grand and it should be control led. To do this saving and preserving of plant collections are important. citrus collection garden in north of Iran has more than 30 years old. And, its trees are weak and diseased showing phonotypical problems . Then it should be renewed. For this reason a study was conducted in 3 phases in an area about 2 ha. In kotra citrus research station. about 84 types of citrus from old citrus collection and some new types from north of Iran were collected and grafted on troyer citrange rootstock .then they were planted on rows from east to west.
