چکیده مقاله:

سیستم های برنامه ریزی منابع سازمان(ERP) سیستم های بشدت پیچیده ای هستند. پیاده سازی این سیستم ها بسیار دشوار و هزینه بر می باشند و میزان بسیار زیادی از منابع و زمان سازمان را صرف خود می کنند. از این رو پیاده سازی موفقیت آمیز این پروژه ها از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. این مقاله با بررسی و مرور ادبیات ده ها مقاله ی مرتبط موجود در بزرگترین پایگاه های علمی و پژوهشی دنیا در جستجوی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت پروژه های پیاده سازی ERP می باشد. در این مقاله عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در قالب عوامل سازمانی، عوامل انسانی، عوامل سیستمی(تکنولوژیکی) و عوامل مربوط به فروشندگان نرم افزار ERP دسته بندی میشود. این عوامل فرآیند پیاده سازی سیستم های ERP را بشدت تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد و توجه مدیران سازمان ها و شرکتها به این عوامل تا حدود زیادی می تواند موفقیت آنها را در پیاده سازی نرم افزار های ERP تضمین کند.
