Designing and Implementing a Browser-Based Audio Conference Program for Use over Local Area Networks

Nowadays there is an expanding demand for PC-Based voice communication in different places which have a set of networked machines, a main purpose can be replacement of internal telephone system by PC based softwares, since most employees have access to one. There is a load of official programs out there for this purpose, but there are some needs of customers, which remained without any accurate response. There is also a great change of improvement in those applications by means of reducing requirements and simplifying user interface. This paper is an approach to designing and implementing a web-based voice chat program for Local Area Networks (LANs) using Java technologies.
