There are many pistachio orchards with trained trees in the world, but they have not been trained in most of iranian orchards. Pistachio trees will train as open center form in other pistachio producer contries, but there isn't any form in Iranian pistachio orchards and they are traind free and shrub will be stablished. In this case, relative humidity in trees atmosphere increased and that can caused fungi contamination and other pathogen agents in pistachio orchards. Development of fungi such as; Aspergillus spp can be produce aflatoxin in pistachio nuts.This project was done in one of the important pistachio planting area in Rafsanjan (Anar about 100 km far from city center) for 2 years in Ohadi pistachio cultivar. In this study, we comparised aflatoxin rate in pistachio trained trees and Non-trained (shrub). At the harvest time,we measured many characters such as cracking and non-cracking percentage, early splitting percentage, fresh and dry wight of hull,shell and kernel(gr), and disorder nut percentage. Results showed that Fresh and dry weight of 100 hull, shell and kernel had significant differences in different treatment and increased in trained trees. Aflatoxin rate was non-detected (ND) in all of treatments.
