چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

Rootstocks have mainly effects on the size of tree and fruit, quality of fruit and also tolerance to biotic and a biotic stresses. Also rootstocks have main effects on nutrition elements absorption and their concentrations in leaves. Therefore detecting of suitable rootstock for each variety in each region is necessary. A factorial experiment with two factors including rootstocks (sour orange, citrange, Raflemon, Citromelo and Yozo) and scions (Thomson navel, Sanguine, Unshiu Tangerine) was carried out in farm conditions with 3 replications. The studied traits were concentrations of elements in leaves including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc and copper. The result of analysis variance revealed significant mean squares of variety, rootstock and their interaction effects for measured elements in leaves. Citromelo rootstock had mainly effect for nutrition elements in leaves of variety and be classified mostly in groups A and B. Due to significant interaction mean squares of rootstock and scion, The rank of variety for nutrition elements absorption were different for different rootstocks .Unshiu mandarin with Citromelo rootstock had the most amount of nitrogen and sanguine variety wit citrange rootstock had the most amounts of phosphorus and potassium elements in leaves.
